My name is Nora Jean and I am an analog photographer living near San Francisco, California. While I love shooting all types of film, instant film, specifically Polaroid, is my highest form of play and thus what I have invested my heart and soul into. My personal style is to capture deep and saturated colors. I like to tip toe on the edge of darkness because that is where colors are at their richest form and where I personally feel the beauty of Polaroid shines. 

After getting married in June 2025, I realized that I wanted to capture the love and magic of wedding days.  Having Polaroids from my own wedding is a tangible reminder of the emotions I experienced that day. They take a piece of the physical elements with them - the temperature, moisture, and light conditions, the oil from your fingerprint, the mist from a spritz of your perfume. Not only do Polaroids add a touch of stylistic nostalgia to your photos, but they also give you the gift of a physical album of photos that brings those elements home with you - something you cannot get from digital prints.

For weddings I am available as an add-on to your primary photographer as a second or third shooter. I do not work as a primary.
